If something goes wrong, contact our support team from your account and we will help you sort it out with the vendor.
Vendors verify their identity with their NIN or BVN, and our team reviews it before any payout is released. Verified vendors carry an “ID verified” badge.
Our team reviews each vendor’s profile, packages and portfolio before couples can find them, and sends it back if anything needs fixing.
Ratings only come from couples who completed a booking with that vendor on VowThread.
Your payments are held by VowThread, not paid straight to the vendor. They are released to the vendor after your event, and if a booking is cancelled or disputed, refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy.
Every package shows its price, deposit and when the balance is due, and the vendor confirms your booking before you pay. Payments made outside VowThread are not covered by escrow.
If something goes wrong, raise a dispute on your booking. The VowThread team reviews both sides and mediates, and money in escrow stays on hold until it is resolved.
