Terms of Service (Vendors)

Welcome to Nigeria’s Smart Wedding Marketplace (“the Platform”). By joining as a vendor, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or listing your wedding services on the Platform, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To become a vendor, you must:

• Provide accurate business information
• Be legally able to offer the services you list
• Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws

We may refuse or remove vendors who violate these requirements.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must:

• Provide truthful, updated listings
• Display clear pricing and service details
• Deliver services as advertised
• Respond to customer inquiries within a reasonable time
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions

You are fully responsible for the quality of your services and customer experience.

4. Platform Responsibilities

We provide:

• A secure space for couples to discover, review, and book wedding vendors
• Tools to help you manage leads and showcase your work

We are not a party to the agreement between vendors and couples. All bookings, payments, and service delivery arrangements are handled between both parties.

5. Payments

If the Platform facilitates payment:

• Fees or commissions will be disclosed before setup
• Payout timelines may vary based on payment providers
• You are responsible for any taxes related to your business

6. Prohibited Activities

Vendors may not:

• Post misleading or fraudulent content
• Upload harmful or unauthorized materials
• Harass users
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
• Use the platform for non-wedding-related services

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your images, logos, and business materials. By uploading them, you give us permission to display them on the Platform for promotional and operational purposes.

8. Reviews

Couples can leave public reviews based on their experience. We do not alter or remove reviews unless they violate our community guidelines (hate speech, harassment, spam, etc.).

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete vendor accounts that:

• Break the terms
• Receive repeated user complaints
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

Vendors may request account deletion at any time.

10. Liability

The Platform is not responsible for:

• Disputes between vendors and couples
• Service failures or delays
• Damages arising from vendor actions

You agree to use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Vendors will be notified of significant changes.
